Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–5 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped to the address provided at checkout.

Shipping Timeframes

  • Australia (Nationwide): Our complimentary free express shipping typically takes between 7–12 business days.
  • International: We ship to most countries worldwide. Our complimentary free express international shipping typically ranges from 10–16 business days.

Please note that all delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to factors outside of our control, including courier delays, customs processing, or high demand periods.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Tracking updates may take several days to appear.

Delays and Liability
Trendstandard is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or other external factors. While we aim to meet all estimated delivery times, we do not guarantee delivery dates.

Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for ensuring all shipping details are correct at checkout. Trendstandard is not liable for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Once an order has been handed to the shipping carrier, Trendstandard is not liable for lost or stolen packages. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with evidence so we can review the issue.
